Free shipping to 40 countries on all wheelset orders on our website. We ship to EU countries using DPD logistics, customers do not need to pay additional customs duties for this shipping method. Due to the high courier costs of shipping to specific remote destinations, we are unable to provide free shipping in the following countries and additional surcharges will apply:

Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Puerto Rico. Please contact us at  info@cybrei.com  for further information.

Delivery: normally 7-15 business days, further delays may occur due to Customs Clearance at the destination country.

After the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email. You can also check it directly on our website. You can track your package for reference through this website: https://www.17track.net/

Order processing flow

Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. After you placed the order, We will send the order to the factory for production. Normally it takes 7-15 days for production. The actual delivery time is the sum of product production time and logistics time. After the wheels are shipped, we will send you the tracking number.(*International shipment have a processing time of 3-5 business days.)
