RETURN POLICY

 

Return Policy Policy offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased from our online webstore at www.cyberi.com. The following are the procedures and details on how to do a return:

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service  info@cybrei.com to get the return address to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Refunds

Once product checking process handled by Rider Care is finished and the product is eligible to be returned based on above return criteria, we’ll strive to process all returns as soon as possible. Product checking process may last for 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cybrei.com

To return an item purchased from a Specialized retailer, please contact the retailer directly. The Online Store is unable to process returns of Specialized merchandise purchased through your local retailer.
